These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Dviaje Inc (“Dviaje,” “we,” “our”) and the traveler (“you,” “client”).

By requesting a quote, submitting a deposit, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

  1. Our Role

Dviaje Inc acts as a travel advisor and booking intermediary for third-party suppliers such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transfer companies, and insurance providers (“Suppliers”).

We do not own or control these Suppliers. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the Supplier providing the service.

  1. Pricing & Payments
  • Prices are not guaranteed until confirmed and ticketed.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
  • Final payment must be made by the supplier’s deadline.
  • Late payments may result in cancellation and loss of funds.
  • All Dviaje service fees are non-refundable.
  • A credit card processing fee may apply and will be disclosed in advance.

By authorizing payment, you confirm you are the authorized cardholder and approve the amount charged. Improper chargebacks may result in collection action and recovery of related fees.

  1. Cancellations – Individual Bookings

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and fare type.

Many bookings are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Subject to penalties
  • Eligible for credit instead of refund

Refund timelines depend entirely on the supplier and may take 30–90 days or longer.

No refunds are provided for:

  • No-shows
  • Missed flights
  • Late arrivals
  • Early departures
  • Unused services
  1. Group & All-Inclusive Trip Cancellation Policy

The following terms apply to group departures and organized all-inclusive trips.

All deposits are non-refundable.

91 Days or More Before Travel

Payments are refundable excluding:

  • Non-refundable deposit

Airfare is refundable only if purchased under a refundable fare.

91–50 Days Before Travel

50% of payments made are refundable, excluding:

  • Deposit
  • Air tickets (unless refundable fare)
  • Supplier-imposed penalties

Less Than 50 Days Before Travel

All payments are non-refundable.

Name changes may be considered if permitted by the airline or supplier and may involve additional fees.

No refunds will be given for voluntarily unused accommodations, transfers, excursions, or cancellations after the group itinerary has begun.

Cruise lines, airlines, and other suppliers may impose separate cancellation penalties according to their own policies.

  1. Changes to Reservations

Changes are subject to:

  • Supplier rules
