I did an amazing trip to Italy for my birthday on November. Was my second time traveling with the Dviaje Travel and they haven’t disappointed me in anything. My experience was great, cero stress everything was very organized and on time. Travel with them was my best decision because by myself I wouldn’t visit not even half of all the places I went and all the cities I knew. My husband and I came to this agency 8 months ago not recommended by anyone just googling them as 1st choice. We both needed to get away and wanted to plan a trip to Europe. We kind of hesitated because we thought it would be too expensive and planning it by the end of this year. Regla found us the best reasonable price accordingly to our budget. She gave us options and helped us find what would be best for us keeping in mind we can do only a week to take off. She made our dream come true. It was very well coordinated with a tour guide. Everything from flight, airport transportation from and to hotel and the tour to Spain company they choose for us was very professional and punctual, hotel accommodations were 4-5 stars with breakfast included in all of them which some included dinner and lunch also. It was a great package because it also helped us save from eating out if we wanted to invest money on some extras. But keep in mind if you’re doing a tour it can be hectic and prepare your feet to walk. But you have a choice to keep up with them or if you want to explore a city on your own. Tour guides don’t obligate you to follow them but they are puntual when meeting them at a certain point to go back to the bus. Regla or the agent at D’viaje explains to you everything and will answer any questions. Also Grace the manager is very supportive to customers needs and satisfaction. They prepare you after making your install payments with the package they turn to you and explain everything. Don’t hesitate to use them they are considerate, professional and find you the right package according to your budget just like a family before your trip and after. The manager Grace goes the extra mile for their clients satisfaction also. They work as a team and try their best to meet your needs. They want to make sure you are ready and satisfied with your vacation as they know we all deserve.
